Albert Geisler Fox

Rick Grossmann oversees Performativ's commercial expansion across the DACH region. He has spent the last 17 years in commercial leadership roles, most recently founding a B2B SaaS analytics business serving hedge funds and traders across DACH and EMEA. He has since moved into wealthtech, where he focuses on bringing Performativ to independent wealth managers, EAMs, and institutional firms across the region.

Peter Barry defines Performativ's technical strategy and oversees its execution, focusing on team leadership and coding. His expertise includes full-stack development, databases, SaaS solutions, and team management. Before co-founding Performativ, Peter was Executive Director of Software Development at Goldman Sachs, working on pricing services, UI frameworks, and trader surveillance. He later led Development Operations, overseeing a global trading platform migration. Earlier, he was a Software Developer at Barclays Global Investors, building a trading and analytics platform.

Christian Lindvall oversees Performativ's global commercial operations. He has been in commercial leadership roles for the last 14 years, with 6+ years experience launching and scaling new businesses within Amazon. He has since moved on to Commercial Director roles at scaleups, in particular leading large-scale rollouts to enterprise customers.

William Metcalfe drives business development for the Nordics as part of our global commercial team. Before joining Performativ, William built his career at leading Nordic fintech companies, including Macrobond and Matter where he worked closely with banks and asset managers, providing solutions to enhance macroeconomic analyses and support investment decision-making. With a client-focused approach, William is dedicated to delivering long term value to institutions through innovative financial technology. He holds an MSc in International Business from the University of Edinburgh.

Sander Bouwmeester manages client engagement and strategic relationships in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. Before joining Performativ, he was a Relationship Manager at Saxo Bank in Amsterdam, focusing on institutional clients and building long-term partnerships. Sander holds a BSc in Financial Services Management.

Christian Voss Pedersen leads marketing, PR, and communications at Performativ, expanding visibility across Europe and beyond. With over a decade of international marketing experience in fintech, medtech, and corporate services, Christian ensures wealth managers, family offices, and financial institutions are aware of Performativ's value proposition. He holds a master’s degree in marketing and innovation from Copenhagen Business School.
