“With the ongoing enhancements Performativ is making to the platform, I expect the time required to drop to just 2-3 hours annually. Even now, we’re making strong progress toward that goal,” says Hesselberg.

Despite the inherent complexity of onboarding, especially given that Aktiv Invest Partner’s clients were spread across several smaller banks reluctant to facilitate integration, the project has already delivered substantial value. From the moment the first client data was synced with the Performativ platform, benefits began to materialize.

Today, Performativ enables Aktiv Invest Partner to manage client portfolios and assess risk more efficiently - an advancement that has transformed day-to-day operations. “Having a consolidated overview of each client's portfolio and risk profile has made client management much easier,” says Hesselberg.
