INTEGRATION UPDATES

Custom Actions for Seamless Integrations

Managing external services directly from the Performativ platform is now simpler with Custom Actions, enabling you to trigger specific workflows at the right moment in your client or portfolio view.

For example:

  • Mesh ID: When using this digital ID solution for client onboarding, you can now initiate the onboarding process directly from within the platform.
  • Quantfolio: Our advisory partner integrates through a redirect flow, allowing you to access their advice session environment directly from your dashboard.

Each integration generates its own tailored action, keeping processes intuitive and context-specific whether you’re working at the client, portfolio, or individual level.

CUSTODIAN AUTOMATION

Automated Client and Account Creation

For select custodians, client creation, account setup, and portfolio creation are now fully automated when data is received from those custodians. Instead of waiting for manual setup, new entities are generated instantly, and data is ingested right away.

This also means subscription approvals and case resolutions happen in one step, removing duplicate work and ensuring data is ready without delay. The result is a smoother onboarding flow and improved data reliability.

TRADING IMPROVEMENTS

Trading Enhancements: Cancellations and Error Messages

Pending trades can now be cancelled directly in the Performativ platform for Saxo Bank, AFS, and Huddlestock, with support for additional custodians coming soon.

In addition, failed trades now display clear error messages both in-platform and in trade notifications. Whether it is insufficient funds or an invalid input, you immediately see the reason, saving time and reducing guesswork.

REPORTING ENHANCEMENTS

Reporting and Metrics: More Flexible and Powerful

A dividend report is now available on the platform and report generation has been optimized to handle larger volumes without interruption.

Future updates will include customizable charts, expanded reusability of report sections, and further improvements to performance and speed.

USER EXPERIENCE

A Smarter Dynamic Dashboard

A redesigned and improved dynamic dashboard layout will soon be available for advisors on our platform. Highlights include:

  • A cleaner, responsive layout across all screen sizes.
  • Configurable controls that adapt to the widgets in use.
  • Easier customization of widgets, tabs, and layouts.
  • Shareable links for direct access to specific dashboards.

This upgrade combines flexibility with a smoother user experience, making it easier to tailor dashboards to your needs.

AI PREVIEW

Smarter Workflows with AI

A new AI Chat Assistant is in development, giving you a natural language interface to query data on the Performativ platform. You will be able to ask questions such as “List my clients using Saxo Bank”, “List my clients living in [City]”, "Which custodian did I pay the most fees to in 2024?", "List my custodians in descending order based on total AUM across all my clients", and "What instruments have left my clients' portfolios over the past week, and which have entered?" and receive instant answers.

This feature is in early stages, but it represents a step toward faster, more intuitive access to insights.

Gearing Up for the 2026 Register of Information Submission

Before we know it, it will be time again for regulated financial entities with European operations to submit an overview report of their digital operational technology infrastructure. Not only to help firms with streamlining this data collection and report generation process, DORAedge is a platform built for tracking and managing information communication technology (ICT) networks. To aid this process, we’re currently building Contract import functionality to enable teams to efficiently gather and upload data into the app (Q4 ‘25 release expected).

Over the summer period, we enhanced the Contract module, making it easier to manage Providers and increasing visibility into these relationships with the Entity, including Contracts and associated Risks and Incidents.
